Quick Tip : Apply Lower Lash Mascara With a Brush

I have a quick, simple, seemingly obvious, but potentially life saving tip for you today.  An exaggeration? You filthy, no good, rotten, dirty, motherfu….but I digress.

There is a very simple way to avoid this.  All you need to do is paint on your lower lash mascara with a brush.  They do sell tiny fan brushes for this specific purpose but I find that using a small angled brush or a tiny detail brush works just fine.  Observe…

Just grab an appropriate brush and use it to grab some mascara right off of the mascara wand, and then proceed to paint it onto your lower lashes.  It goes on evenly, you have full control over how much you apply and you can even get those tiny  little lashes in the outer corner that like to hide under the upper lashes.  You know the ones.

Even if the precision part isn’t an issue for you, I find that applying it this way helps me get a much more even, and fluffy application than doing it with the wand.

But if precision is your problem you will never have to worry about blobbing your lower lash mascara onto your cheek ever again.  I mean I guess you could goof up with a tiny brush but you would really have to be wielding it with little to no control for that to happen.

Give it a try, let me know how it goes.
